Lapack was built on I0   17-June-2006.

The z-Routines would not initially compile in Bit64 mode,
due to problems with Complex*16 and the CABS1 functions.

Modifications were made to some routines, essentially returning
to "64 Bit Fortran Standard" of "Real" and "Double" in source code,
with Fortran Compile Options = /Real=64 /Double=128 /Integer=64 .
